Advanced Web Ranking
I have recently downloaded a free trial of Caphyon’s search engine ranking software, i’ve been looking for some software to help create search engine ranking reports for ages and this gem seems to answer all my requirements and more. Website Ranking software allows me to create a number of projects for each client and schedule a monthly performance report very easily, this was my main reason for buying the packages however, after spending a few days playing with the other toys in the tool box I now understand it can provide a lot more support to my work as an internet marketeer.
The keyword research tool provides some great ideas of which keywords are important to individual campaigns and can help me to transform a good project into a great project very easily. I am also able to use the tool to look at what keywords major competitors are targeting and although I would agree the best strategy is not to follow, it is always useful to see what they are upto.
The reports on search engine ranking are also first class they provide my clients with a monthly review of their site that is easy to read and follow, simple green and red arrows show at a glance the sites performance in the major search engine results pages and compare improvements from the previous month and also compared to the best position for each keyword easily.
My only regret is that I had not discovered this gem a lot earlier it would have saved lots of manual work and also provided superior reports to each of my clients. The free trial of the product allows everyone to discover how search engine ranking can improve their online marketing strategy and appreciate the power of the program for themselves, when you are ready to buy the product the clever guys at Caphyon have made that easy too simply adding your product number to the current installation allowing you to keep and build on the work you have created in the trial.
Although I have been playing with this new box of tricks for the last few days i’m sure that there is a lot more hidden away for me to discover. Reading the comparison pages I can see a number of tools that I will be testing to the full including;
The local search function
I use locally targeted AdWords campaigns for a number of clients and as I’m not in the same geographical location as many of them this tool is going to be interesting for regularly monitoring my campaigns, currently I use Googles AdWords preview tool but as with the reports this is a long manual job.
Multiple project updates
This again sounds like a time saving addition to my new improved SEO toolbox, being able to schedule multiple projects to update overnight allows my PC to do the donkey work of creating these reports whilst I sleep.
As you may guess from my post i’m always looking at ways to work smarter allowing me to use my time more effectively, I feel that I have only just started to scratch the surface of what search engine ranking can offer me however, the time saving benefits I have discovered so far are fantastic.
